Insula-Dome Skylights Announces Promotion of

David J. Schupp to Regional Sales Manager of

Long Island, Upstate New York and New Jersey Territories

Insula-Dome™ Skylights, one of North America’s leading manufacturers of high quality skylights with facilities in Yaphank, New York and Chester, Connecticut, recently announced that David J. Schupp has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager of the Long Island, Upstate New York and New Jersey territories. Mr. Schupp previously served as the Long Island Region Territory Manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for new business development across Nassau and Suffolk counties in Long Island, as well as the Upstate New York and New Jersey territories.

Mr. Schupp brings over 14 years of fenestration industry experience to his role at Insula-Dome. He first entered the field in 1985 as a Fabricator working in Insula-Dome’s Production Division. He held that post until 1992, when he joined the New York Housing Authority’s serving within the property management area. In 2000, he rejoined Insula-Dome as a Customer Service Representative. By mid-2001, he was named Territory Manager for Suffolk County and in 2006, was named Long Island Regional Territory Manager. Over the course of his career with Insula-Dome, he established many long-term relationships. Mr. Schupp is recognized by his customers and industry peers alike as a dedicated sales executive who applies a thorough understanding of skylight and rooftop window applications and is committed to meeting customer needs.

Mr. Schupp is currently pursing an Associates Degree in Business Management from Suffolk Community College. Among his professional affiliations is membership in NARI. 

Mr. Schupp resides in Brookhaven, New York.
